60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 60 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging
- Returns must be initiated within 60 days of delivery
- Proof of purchase is required
Return Process:
- Contact our customer support at support@relivoz.com or call us toll free at 1 (800) 917-1607 with your order number and reason for return
- Our team will provide you with return instructions and the appropriate return address
- Ship the item(s) back to: 18121 E Hampden Ave Unit C #1057, Aurora, CO 80013
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund or exchange
Refunds:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account
Exchanges:
- Exchanges are subject to product availability
- If the desired item is out of stock, a refund will be issued instead
Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the product. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, such as gift cards and clearance items, may be non-returnable. This will be indicated on the product page.
